Incorporated in 2013, Third Eye Global, Inc. was founded as a partnership in 2007. We started doing business by specializing in surveillance and security. Its co-founders combined their experience in electronics, communications, computers and customer service with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Third Eye Global’s commitment to its customers and its focus on technology has grown the company while broadening its spectrum of services. In 2013, Third Eye Global added its mobile electronic services and IP phone systems to its offerings.

Chuck Cyr, Founder & President

Chuck has been in the high-tech industry for 15 years. Having graduated Van Buren District Secondary School in 1990, Chuck attended NMTC in Presque Isle, ME and graduated with an Associates' Degree in Computer Electronics and an Associates' Degree in Industrial Electronics.

In 1995, he relocated to Massachusetts where he worked as a supplier engineer, qualifying new products that would ultimately be introduced into enterprise data centers all over the world. Chuck continued his education attending NEIT in Warwick, RI, during the evenings, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology.

Missing his hometown roots, Chuck and his wife relocated to the north in 2006. Finding a lack of jobs in the field he enjoys, Chuck set out to start Third Eye Global, in Fort Kent, ME, which initially started as a video surveillance security business. Third Eye Global incorporated in 2013 and has expanded their services to include not only video surveillance, but IP phone systems, burglar alarm systems, access control systems and vehicle up-fitting services. Third Eye Global’s vertical markets include Automotive, Banking, Consumer, Education, Energy, Food and beverage, Government, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, and Telecommunications.

Chuck is a member of the Fort Kent Lions Club and currently resides in Caribou, ME.
